Job Description: Quality Assurance Executive

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Quality Assurance Executive to join our team. This role involves preparing and maintaining documentation, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, supporting procurement and sourcing activities, and contributing to product quality through nutritional and technical evaluations. The ideal candidate will have a science background, strong analytical skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare and maintain various documents related to regulatory compliance, internal processes, and SOPs.
  • Analyze and interpret regulatory requirements, ensuring compliance and updating documentation as needed.
  • Develop, review, and update SOPs to streamline processes in line with industry standards.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to convert and customize documents for client requirements.
  • Actively participate in procurement and sourcing activities, including identifying suppliers and negotiating contracts.
  • Support the preparation of monographs and conduct nutritional fact analysis for products.

Required Qualifications & Skills

  • Graduate or Postgraduate in a Science background.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Good analytical and documentation skills with attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) preferred.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
