A purpose driven role for you

The role requires developing & driving a successful and profitable business line for Merchandise (apparel, riding gear, gifts & collectibles) with a long term vision; creating short-term, mid-term & long term product strategy for the complete category; ensuring world class quality product and develop vendors specialising in aftermarket products; achieving the organisational objectives for top line, bottom line growth and enhance the overall Brand image.

• Drive Hero & Harley-Davidson X Merchandise Business Volume
• Expand Hero & Harley-Davidson X Merchandise Portfolio
• Establish Hero & Harley-Davidson X Genuine Merchandise as a Brand of customers choice
• Channel Capability Building to drive business growth

Academic Qualification & Experience

• Masters in Fashion Design (NIFT/ FDDI/ NID)
• 18-20 years in apparel, riding gear etc.
• Strategic sourcing and procurement
• Market research and product strategy
• Cost planning and vendor management
• Project management
• Business Acumen
• 2 Wheeler enthusiast

Technical Skills/Knowledge

• Core knowledge of motorcycle merchandise category
• Target oriented
• Techno Commercial skills, product costing
• New vendor development and evaluation
