Role profile:

The LSEG Pricing Service team provides real-time and validated end-of-day evaluations on over 3 million fixed income securities and derivatives daily. LSEG Pricing Service evaluations are used by banks, asset managers, index managers, wealth managers, and auditors for client statements, research, risk analysis, performance metrics, and portfolio valuation.

ROLE SUMMARY:

• The Bond Desk team sits within the LSEG Pricing Service, and is responsible for running daily price challenges and requests from clients.
• The Market Analyst will be part of the global Bond Desk team based in Bangalore, and will be working closely with global colleagues to ensure prompt and accurate resolution of all price related queries.
• The Market Analyst should be customer centric, with a good understanding of fixed income instruments, and have a meticulous attitude oriented towards operational excellence.

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING:

• Leading the daily price challenges and requests from clients with a client centric and time sensitive perspective.
• Ensuring all cases are addressed accurately and promptly with full details as requested by clients.
• Performing regular timeliness and coverage checks to enhance the pricing offerings.
• Bearing client centric perspective and always put best service to client as first priority
• Tackling to improve workflow and automation of daily BAUs
• Grasping fixed income knowledge and being able to apply them when needed

WHAT YOU'LL BRING:

• proven experience in client servicing or operational role in a financial institution
• in related fields such as Finance, Accounting, Economics or Engineering
• Strong Excel spreadsheet skills with the ability to handle large data
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Good knowledge of fixed income markets and instruments
• Able to work independently and as part of the team
