Required Technical and Professional Expertise:

• Having 4 to 7 Years of Exp in Patch and compliance
• Define the associated change management procedures for patch roll outs.
• Publish the patches for a release into the Patch Management tool.
• Push the patches to the servers or setup a Scheduled Pull from OEM
• Test the release / upgrade / new patch on the Test Environment provided by customer before it is rolled out on all other production systems
• Preparation of MIR for Major Incidents
• Reinstallations raise due to incidents
• Incident / Request Fulfilment / Change management

Preferred Technical and Professional Experience:

• SCCM, Ansible, WSUS, RedHat Satellite, RCP
• Azure Update Manager
• Knowledge of Windows and Linux Operating Systems - Adminstration activities

Required Technical and Professional Expertise

• Microsoft Windows Server 2016/2019 implementation and management

• VMware ESX experience

• Public/private cloud management. Especially migration from onprem to cloud solution

Preferred Technical and Professional Experience

• Automation experience, especially IaaS (infrastructure as a code)

• Vulnerability management

• Microsoft Active Directory and federation services
