Designation ASSOCIATE CONSULTANT No of Positions 1 Experience 4 5-8 Years Skill Primary Infrastructure Management Services IMS -EUC-Application Packaging Qualification B-Tech Posting Participate in the design and configuration and implementation upgrade of System Center Configuration Manger products and other Microsoft System Center and Infrastructure solutions Manage upgrades of SCCM infrastructure Manage and configure User and Device collections Maintain client images and task sequences Monitor patch releases and develop patch installation strategies for servers and workstations Deployment of Applications and Software updates Management of compliance settings by creating and importing Configuration Items Deploy Client Management Agents Mange and report on Hardware and Software Inventory Create modify and produce custom reporting as needed Good knowledge on SQL queries Expertise in scripting languages to automate tasks PowerShell Batch files Remediate patch vulnerabilities report Proficient with Microsoft Operating systems and Microsoft Office Must be a self-starter and have the ability to work independently or as part of team Ability to manage assigned tasks and clearly communicate the status information 1 To validate analyses eg Root Cause Analysis Trend Analysis and reports to facilitate performance in tasks to be presented to key business stakeholders 2 To ensure positive customer feedback satisfaction thorugh active participation in customer meetings to understand any issues faced 3 To validate Change Order Implementation Plan Human Error Compliance and participate in Capacity planning 4 To perform value addition activities such as mentoring administrators team members preparing SOPs maintaining effective documentation simultaneously and Knowledge sharing In addition act as a liaison to the business segment facilitating effective communication and presentation to key business stakeholders as when required 5 To ensure on-time resolution quality compliance of escalated tickets incident as per the agreed SLA
