About the Role

An
Academic Counsellor
is the face of Infinity Learn for students and parents, helping them understand how to leverage our products for their academic success. This is an
individual contributor role
in a high-performance, employee-oriented environment that emphasizes spreading Infinity Learn's unique approach to learning.

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Sales Achievement
    – Drive sales growth through consultative outbound and follow-up calls with prospective students and parents.
  • Client Engagement
    – Handle objections, negotiate pricing, and convert leads into revenue.
  • Product Knowledge
    – Build a deep understanding of Infinity Learn's offerings and communicate their value propositions effectively.
  • Pipeline Management
    – Develop and maintain a strong sales funnel, ensuring consistent progress toward targets.

  • Strong sales acumen with a results-oriented mindset.
  • Excellent communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to build trust and rapport with students and parents.
  • Comfortable working independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in CRM and other sales tools.
  • Flexible and comfortable working 6 days a week.

Qualifications

  • Experience
    : Minimum 1 year of successful sales experience, with proven track record of achieving/exceeding targets.
  • Prior
    K-12 EdTech sales experience
    is highly preferred.
  • Education
    : Bachelor's degree required (MBA/PG preferred but not mandatory).

Working Days

  • 6-day working week (
    Monday fixed weekly off
    ).
  • Candidate must bring their
    own laptop/device
    for work.
