Role & responsibilities:

  • QMS implementation
  • Prepare and implement SOPs with respect to QMS/QSP/department and review periodically along with department HODs and Lab Director
  • GLP implementation
  • Coordinate with the doctors regarding methodologies, SOP creation, etc...
  • Ensure zero nonconformity with respect to ISO 15189:2022 guidelines in the assigned labs
  • Monitor quality programme (IQC, EQAS), RCA and CAPA for deviations
  • Monitor the status of quality indicators
  • Act as internal auditor, guide the team regarding nonconformities by visiting the other assigned labs
  • Being the representative of the company, the incumbent should liaise with NABL body and assessors accordingly
  • Train the technical team with respect to quality assurance as per the training calendar
  • Attend and resolve the queries from the clients with respect to quality issues

Preferred candidate profile

  • A thorough knowledge and hands on experience in ISO 15189:2022 documentation is mandatory
  • Candidates who faced at least 3 NABL assessments in medical diagnostics labs are preferred
  • Candidates with good negotiation skills are preferred
  • Candidates willing to travel across the locations are preferred
