Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Quality Assurance Manager based in Chinthamani Madurai. The Quality Assurance Manager will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of quality management, including the development and implementation of quality procedures, conducting audits, and ensuring compliance with relevant standards. Daily tasks include monitoring and evaluating project quality performance, providing training and support to project teams, and collaborating with other departments to address quality-related issues. The role also includes ensuring continuous improvement of quality processes and staying updated with industry best practices.

Qualifications

  • Strong knowledge and experience in Quality Management Systems, including ISO 9001:2015
  • Experience in conducting audits and inspections
  • Familiarity with construction and infrastructure projects
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Strong communication and leadership skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
  • Relevant certifications and qualifications in quality assurance
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or a related field
