Role Description

We are seeking a
Quality Assurance professional for XML Deliveries
to join our Chennai office in a full-time on-site capacity. This role involves performing meticulous quality checks of XML files, generating quality metrics and KPI reports, managing RCAPA (Root Cause Analysis and Corrective/Preventive Actions), and ensuring overall adherence to client and internal quality standards. The professional will collaborate closely with production teams to maintain high-quality XML outputs and drive continuous improvement initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Quality checks of XML files.
  • Identify, report, and track errors or inconsistencies in XML content and coordinate with production teams for resolution.
  • Generate regular
    Quality KPI reports
    to monitor performance, trends, and areas of improvement.
  • Lead
    Root cause analysis and CAPA processes
    for recurring quality issues to prevent future errors.
  • Perform quality audits and ensure compliance with client requirements and internal standards.
  • Maintain and enhance quality management systems and workflows for XML deliveries.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement process improvements and reduce error rates.

Document quality issues, track resolutions, and provide insights for decision-making and management review.

Qualifications

  • Knowledge of XML structures, DTDs, and schema validation.
  • Experience in quality control and quality assurance for content services, publishing, or digital deliveries.
  • Proficiency in generating quality reports, KPIs, and dashboards.
  • Experience with
    RCAPA processes
    and quality improvement initiatives.
  • High attention to detail and strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Expertise in Excel and Powerpoint
  • Relevant certifications in quality management or content standards are a plus.
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., Computer Science, Information Management, Publishing) is preferred.
