Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Relationship Manager, located in Gorakhpur. The Relationship Manager will be responsible for handling a portfolio of clients, providing tailored financial advice, offering solutions to meet client's financial needs, and ensuring prompt resolution of customer queries. The role involves maintaining existing client relationships and acquiring new clients, understanding customer needs, and promoting relevant bank products and services. Regular follow-ups, documentation, and ensuring compliance with banking regulations are also part of the day-to-day tasks.
Qualifications
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience in client relationship management and financial advisory
- Understanding of banking products and services
- Ability to work on-site in Gorakhpur and willingness to engage in local client acquisition
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or a related field
- Experience in the banking or financial services industry is a plus
