Shift Timing: Night – 6:30 PM to 3:30 AM
Working Days: 5 Days a Week
Experience Required: 8–12 Years (with at least 3–5 years in leadership roles)
Qualification: Bachelor's Degree (mandatory), MBA preferred
Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written English
About the Role
We are looking for a strategic and result-driven BD Head to lead our Business Development function. This role involves not only managing and mentoring a team of Business Development Executives (BDEs) but also actively engaging in client calls, negotiations, and deal closures with international clients (primarily US markets). The Sales Head will be a key contributor to revenue growth and client retention.
Key Responsibilities
● Design and execute sales strategies to expand business across global markets.
● Lead, mentor, and guide a team of Business Development Executives (BDEs) to consistently achieve targets.
● Actively participate in client calls, virtual meetings (Zoom/Google Meet), and negotiations to close deals.
● Oversee focused more with someone who has done direct sales. Like attending conferences and getting the leads likewise in addition to bidding platforms.
● Oversee and optimize lead generation through platforms such as Upwork, Guru, Freelancer, LinkedIn, and Sales Navigator.
● Maintain strong client relationships, ensuring a high standard of communication and customer satisfaction.
● Collaborate with clients to understand their requirements, propose solutions, and drive conversions.
● Monitor sales KPIs, prepare forecasts, and report performance insights to senior leadership.
● Stay updated on market trends, competition, and industry dynamics to identify growth opportunities.
● Ensure smooth coordination between sales, marketing, and delivery teams for client success.
Requirements
● 8–12 years of experience in international sales/business development with 3–5 years in leadership roles.
● Hands-on experience in US/foreign client handling and direct client calls.
● Proven success in online bidding, lead generation, and client acquisition.
● Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and scale sales teams in a night-shift.
● Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
● Proficiency with tools such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Upwork, CRM software, Direct Sales and bidding platforms.
● Strategic thinker with a results-driven mindset and the ability to work under pressure.
