About the Role

We are looking for a
motivated and detail-oriented Procurement Specialist
to join our
onsite team in Noida
.

If you have strong experience in
end-to-end procurement (global exposure preferred)
and a solid background in
IT procurement
, this role is perfect for you


Key Responsibilities

Manage the entire procurement cycle — from sourcing and negotiation to purchase and delivery.

Identify, evaluate, and onboard suppliers based on quality, pricing, and reliability.

Maintain strong vendor relationships and resolve supply or delivery issues promptly.

Coordinate with internal teams to meet procurement needs and timelines.

Monitor inventory levels to ensure optimal stock management.

Ensure compliance with procurement policies and budgets.

Analyze procurement data and prepare reports for informed decision-making.


Requirements

2–5 years of experience in procurement or supply chain management (preferably with
global procurement
exposure).

Experience in
IT procurement
will be an added advantage.

Strong negotiation, communication, and analytical skills.

Proficiency with procurement tools/ERP systems and MS Office.

Ability to multitask and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
