About the Job

Are you a detail-oriented individual with a passion for operations and a strong knowledge of MS-Office? If so, Femacare Pvt Ltd is looking for a Junior Operations Executive like you to join our dynamic team

Key Responsibilities:

A. Vendor Search & Onboarding

1. Conduct thorough market research to identify new suppliers and vendors for goods and services.

2. Evaluate potential vendors based on capability, capacity, reliability, and pricing.

3. Initiate vendor registration and documentation as per company policies.

4. Maintain and update vendor databases regularly.

B. Vendor Communication & Meetings

1. Schedule and conduct regular meetings (virtual/in-person) with vendors to discuss business requirements, capabilities, and timelines.

2. Develop and maintain positive vendor relationships to ensure long-term collaboration.

3. Coordinate technical and commercial discussions between internal teams and vendors.

C. Product Information Sharing

1. Communicate detailed product specifications, drawings, or requirements to vendors accurately and efficiently.

2. Collect product catalogs, samples, and technical data from suppliers.

3. Facilitate clarification of technical queries between suppliers and internal stakeholders (e.g., R&D, engineering).

D. Quotation Management

1. Request and collect quotations (RFQs) from multiple suppliers for comparison.

2. Analyze quotations based on pricing, quality, lead times, and payment terms.

3. Prepare quotation comparison sheets and recommend the best-fit vendors.

4. Support price negotiations and finalize rates in coordination with procurement managers.

E. Coordination & Reporting

1. Coordinate with internal departments (e.g., finance, quality, logistics) to ensure smooth order execution.

2. Track and monitor order status, vendor performance, and timely deliveries.

3. Generate regular reports on vendor performance, sourcing activities, and cost savings.
