Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Executive located in Noida. The Sales Executive will be responsible for managing client relationships, identifying and pursuing new sales opportunities, and achieving sales targets. Daily tasks include prospecting, outbound calls, meetings with clients, creating sales presentations, and maintaining records in the CRM system. The role also involves coordinating with the procurement and marketing teams to ensure client needs are met effectively.

Key Responsibilities:


• Identify and prospect new clients through various sales channels (cold calling, networking, referrals, etc.)


• Build and maintain strong relationships with current and potential clients.


• Understand customer needs and propose tailored solutions to close sale effectively.


• Meet and exceed sales target and KPIs on a regular basis.


• Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to potential clients.


• Prepare offer and negotiate with client.


• Provide feedback on customer preferences, product performance, and market conditions


• Handle client inquiries and resolve any issues or concerns promptly.

Skills:


• 1-3years of experience in Sales/Business Development preferably in Industrial products/software.


• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.


• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.


• Ability to build rapport and establish long-term relationships with clients.


• Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)


• Self-starter with a strong work ethic and time management skills.


• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.


• A customer-centric mindset and solution-oriented approach.
