Job Summary :
We are looking for a dynamic and self-driven IT Sales / Business Development Executive who can help us grow our recruitment business by bringing in new clients and managing field visits.
Key Responsibilities :
Field visits to client offices for business development.
Generate new business leads for IT Recruitment.
Meet clients to explain services & close deals.
Handle payment follow-ups / collections professionally.
Build strong relationships with HR / Hiring managers.
Maintain visit reports & drive weekly revenue targets.

Must be comfortable with field visits + client meetings
Experience in IT Sales / Recruitment Sales / B2B Sales preferred
Strong communication & negotiation skills
