Job Description – Customer Support Executive
Position: Customer Support Executive
Location: Anna Salai, Mount Road.
Department: Customer Experience / Support
Reports To: Customer Support Lead / Manager
Role Overview
We are looking for an energetic and customer-focused Customer Support Executive to handle inbound and outbound calls, chats, and order-related queries. The role involves assisting B2B and B2C customers with order placements, delivery updates, issue resolution, and ensuring an excellent customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound customer calls and chat queries regarding 20L bubble top cans and premium glass bottles.
- Assist customers with order placement, order tracking, and delivery updates.
- Resolve customer complaints and escalate unresolved issues to the respective team.
- Coordinate with the operations and delivery team to ensure timely order fulfillment.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, issues, and resolutions.
- Follow up with customers for feedback and ensure satisfaction.
- Support postpaid collections and order confirmation calls as required.
- Meet defined KPIs such as response time, resolution time, and customer satisfaction scores.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree / Diploma (any field).
- 0–2 years of experience in customer support (freshers with good communication skills can also apply).
- Excellent communication skills in English and Tamil (knowledge of Hindi/Telugu/Kannada is an added advantage).
- Ability to handle high-pressure situations and manage customer escalations calmly.
- Basic computer knowledge – MS Office, chat/email handling, CRM tools.
- Willingness to work in rotational shifts, including weekends if required.

- Multitasking ability (calls, chats, follow-ups).
- Team player with a positive attitude.
Compensation
- As per industry standards based on experience and skill set.
Job Types: Permanent, Fresher
Pay: ₹15, ₹20,933.49 per month
