Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Study Abroad Counsellor based in Chennai. The Study Abroad Counsellor will be responsible for providing guidance to students seeking study abroad opportunities, helping students navigate application processes, offering advice on selecting programs and universities, and conducting career development workshops.

Qualifications

  • Experience in education counselling, student advisory, or career guidance
  • Strong Tele calling Skills
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, including active listening
  • Ability to research and analyze various educational programs and requirements
  • Interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with students and parents
  • Organizational and time-management skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently
  • Bachelor's degree in Education, Counseling, International Relations, or a related field
  • Knowledge of study abroad programs and processes is a plus
  • Experience working in a multicultural environment
