About the Role

Z1 Study Abroad is looking for enthusiastic and goal-oriented
Admission Counsellors
to join our dynamic team. This role is ideal for individuals who are passionate about guiding students in their study abroad journey while also achieving sales targets through effective communication and counselling.

Key Responsibilities

  • Counsel students on international education opportunities and guide them through the admission process.
  • Handle student inquiries via phone, WhatsApp, and in-person meetings.
  • Convert potential leads into admissions through effective communication and persuasion.
  • Maintain regular follow-ups with students and ensure timely documentation submission.
  • Assist students in course, university, and country selection based on their profiles.
  • Collaborate with the team to meet monthly admission and sales targets.

Requirements

  • Excellent communication skills in
    English and Tamil
    (both spoken and written).
  • Minimum
    6 months to 1 year of experience
    in counselling or sales preferred.
  • Freshers
    with strong communication and interpersonal skills are encouraged to apply.
  • Basic computer knowledge and good telephone etiquette.
  • Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and passion for helping students succeed.
