Job Overview

We are looking for a highly experienced Tender Head to manage end-to-end tendering and bid management for a reputed logistics company. The role involves handling RFPs/RFQs, government and corporate contracts, pricing strategies, and leading a small team to ensure timely and competitive submissions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the complete tendering process from receipt to submission.
  • Analyze tender documents and coordinate with operations, finance, and legal teams.
  • Prepare pricing strategies, proposals, and bid documentation.
  • Monitor government portals (GeM, eProcurement) for new opportunities.
  • Liaise with government bodies, PSUs, and corporate clients.
  • Track win/loss ratios and mentor the tendering team.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of tendering experience in logistics, supply chain, or freight forwarding.
  • Strong knowledge of government tender portals & e-procurement systems.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and coordination skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
