Role Objective: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Manager of IT Infrastructure Administration to lead our IT infrastructure and support operations within our corporate environment. The ideal candidate will possess a comprehensive understanding of IT systems, infrastructure, and administration, with a proven track record of success in managing complex IT environments.

Key Job Responsibilities:

• Deployment, Implementation and Customization of ERP Module Farvision
• Setup and configuration of new Projects/Business Units/Workflows etc.
• ERP data rectification/Master Setup and modification as per users request.
• Work on ERP & other software projects such as installations, upgrades and migrations,
• Lead and manage a team of IT support professionals, providing guidance, mentorship, and support to ensure high levels of performance and productivity.
• Develop and implement strategies to optimize the efficiency and effectiveness of the IT and ERP Support and administration function.
• Oversee the design, implementation, and maintenance of the organization's IT infrastructure, including networks, servers, storage, and other critical components
• Ensure the security, reliability, and scalability of IT infrastructure systems, and implement best practices to mitigate risks and vulnerabilities.
• Provide advanced technical support and troubleshooting assistance to end-users, resolving complex IT issues in a timely manner to minimize downtime and disruptions.
• Develop and maintain IT support procedures, documentation, and knowledge base resources to facilitate efficient problem resolution and knowledge sharing.
• Manage relationships with external IT vendors, service providers, and contractors, ensuring compliance with service level agreements and contractual obligations.
• Evaluate and select vendors for IT products and services, negotiating contracts and pricing agreements to optimize value and cost-effectiveness.
• Oversee IT asset management, including hardware and software inventory, procurement, deployment, and retirement processes.
• Develop and enforce IT policies, procedures, and standards to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry best practices.
• Collaborate with senior management and key stakeholders to develop IT strategies and roadmaps aligned with business objectives, priorities, and budgetary considerations.
• Identify opportunities for innovation and improvement within the IT support and administration function, driving initiatives to enhance productivity, efficiency, and service quality.

Preferred Candidate Profile and Key Requirements:

1. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or Advanced Degree or Certifications : ITIL, CISSP, CCNA, MCSA preferred.
2. Shall have 8-14 years of progressive experience in IT infrastructure and support roles, with at least 4 years in a leadership or managerial capacity.
3. In-depth knowledge of IT systems, networks, and infrastructure technologies, including but not limited to servers, storage, virtualization, networking, security, and cloud services.
4. Proven experience in managing IT support operations, including incident management, problem resolution, and service desk management.
5. Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire, motivate, and develop high-performing teams.
6. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to interact effectively with colleagues at all levels of the organization.
7. Strategic thinking and analytical skills, with the ability to develop and execute IT strategies that support business objectives and drive continuous improvement.
8. Strong project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks, manage resources, and deliver projects on time and within budget.
9. Demonstrated ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities and requirements.
10. Knowledge of regulatory compliance requirements and industry standards related to IT security, privacy, and data protection.
