Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervision of attendance of all On-Roll Off Roll employees.
  • Processing pay sheet in excel as well as in software with all necessary deductions.
  • Checking of Pay statements (Pay sheet) as per the attendance records get it approve by Management.
  • Coordination for with Accounts Dept.
  • Preparing Full Final statement/Settlement of Left employees submitting to Accounts dept. duly approved by Directors,
  • Checking Monthly bills of Contractors with the help of Attendance Register of Contract Labour various reports generated like Manpower deployment Report etc.
  • Maintaining Training Calendar, Training Records.
  • Ensure the organization complies with all labour laws and regulations by developing, updating, and enforcing HR policies.
  • Should have proper knowledge of PF, ESIC Labour Laws.
  • Assist in sourcing candidates through job portals, social media, and internal databases.
  • Maintain accurate employee records and HR databases (attendance, leave, performance).
  • Draft letters such as offer letters, confirmation letters, and employment contracts.
  • Manage HR documents and ensure timely updates in HRIS (Human Resource Information System)
  • Familiarity with HR software and tools (HRIS, payroll systems).
  • Good organizational and time management abilities.
