Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Procurement Assistant located in Bengaluru. Responsibilities will include supporting the procurement team by managing purchase orders, assisting with purchasing activities, maintaining accurate procurement records, and ensuring timely delivery of goods and services. The role also involves analyzing supplier proposals, liaising with vendors, and maintaining strong communication to ensure procurement processes run smoothly. Collaboration with different departments is essential to meet organizational goals efficiently.

Qualifications

  • Experience in Procurement, Purchasing, and managing Purchase Orders effectively
  • Strong Analytical Skills to evaluate supplier proposals and make informed purchasing decisions
  • Excellent Communication skills to interact with vendors, team members, and stakeholders
  • Attention to detail, organizational capabilities, and the ability to work in a systems-driven environment
  • Proficiency in relevant procurement software and tools
  • Prior experience in an engineering or manufacturing environment is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred
