Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle end-to-end procurement process for
    IT hardware, software, licenses, and AMC (Annual Maintenance Contracts)
    .
  • Identify and evaluate reliable
    vendors and suppliers
    for IT products and services.
  • Request and evaluate
    quotations, negotiate pricing, terms, and delivery schedules
    .
  • Prepare and issue
    purchase orders
    in accordance with company policies and procedures.
  • Coordinate with internal teams (IT, Finance, Admin) for
    requirement gathering and approvals
    .
  • Maintain and update vendor database and procurement documentation.
  • Track
    delivery timelines
    and ensure timely receipt of goods and services.
  • Handle
    renewals of IT service contracts, AMC, and software subscriptions
    .
  • Assist in
    budget planning
    and ensure procurement within allocated budgets.
  • Ensure compliance with
    procurement policies, quality standards, and audit requirements
    .
  • Monitor and analyze
    market trends
    to identify cost-saving opportunities and new suppliers.

Key Skills & Competencies:

  • Strong knowledge of
    IT hardware (laptops, desktops, servers, peripherals)
    and
    software licensing (Microsoft, Antivirus, cloud services, etc.)
    .
  • Good
    negotiation, communication, and vendor management
    skills.
  • Proficiency in
    MS Excel, ERP systems, and purchase management tools
    .
  • Analytical mindset with attention to detail.
  • Ability to handle
    multiple procurement requests
    and meet deadlines.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in
    Commerce, Business Administration, or Supply Chain Management
    (preferred).
  • 2–4 years of
    experience in procurement
    , preferably in an
    IT services or technology company
    .
  • Knowledge of
    procurement processes, vendor management, and IT product categories
    .
