End-to-End Sales Specialist for Marketing Agency

Are you a highly motivated and results-driven sales professional with a passion for digital marketing? We're looking for an End-to-End Sales Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for the entire sales cycle, from prospecting to closing and nurturing client relationships. If you thrive on hitting targets, building connections, and have a solid understanding of the digital marketing landscape, we want to hear from you.

What You'll Do:

  • Manage the full sales cycle: From initial cold calling and lead generation to negotiating and closing deals.
  • Build and maintain relationships: Conduct both online and offline meetings with potential clients, travelling as needed to meet them in person.
  • Craft professional communications: Create compelling sales emails, detailed follow-up communications, and accurate quotations that reflect client needs.
  • Negotiate and close: Use your negotiation skills to secure favorable terms and close sales effectively.
  • Achieve sales targets: Be target-oriented and consistently meet or exceed sales goals.
  • Work as a team player: Collaborate with our marketing and delivery teams to ensure a seamless client experience from sales to project execution.

What We're Looking For:

  • Proven sales experience: You must have previous sales experience, with a strong preference for candidates who have worked in a marketing agency sales role.
  • Digital marketing knowledge: A good understanding of Google Ads and Meta Ads is preferred, as you'll be selling these services.
  • Excellent communication skills: You must be able to communicate clearly and confidently, both in writing and in person.
  • Negotiation expertise: You should have a track record of successful negotiation and deal closure.
  • Vehicle ownership: A personal vehicle is required for client travel.
  • languages known : Hindi, English and Telugu
