Sales Intern — AITechEx Quantum Innovative Solutions (6-Month Internship)

AITechEx Quantum Innovative Solutions invites applications for the role of Sales Intern to support our rapidly expanding EdTech & AI operations. This internship provides hands-on exposure to sales execution, client management, and AI-driven product demonstrations across institutional and consumer markets.

  • Position: Sales Intern
  • Locations: Hyderabad (20 openings) and Bangalore (10 openings)
  • Work Type: Hybrid work; you will need to attend in-person client meetings
  • Duration: 6 months
  • Stipend: ₹10,000 per month
  • Incentives: ₹5,000 for every sale you close, after you complete 5 closures in a month
  • Expected Monthly Earnings: Between ₹10,000 and ₹35,000 or more, depending on your performance

  • Strong verbal & written communication skills
  • Ability to handle daily client interactions (5–12 interactions/day)
  • Self-motivated and target-driven
  • Comfortable with field meetings (5–15 meetings/month)
  • Willing to travel within city limits
  • Interest in AI, EdTech, SaaS solutions, or sales roles

Key Responsibilities (with Metrics)Client Outreach & Lead Engagement

  • Conduct 40–60 outbound calls/day to prospective clients
  • Send 20–30 structured follow-up emails/day
  • Schedule 8–12 product demonstrations/week

Product Demonstration & Presentation

  • Deliver platform demos (online and in-person)
  • Communicate product value using data-backed value arguments
  • Address client objections with structured sales scripts

Sales Pipeline & Closure Targets

  • Maintain accurate updates in CRM (lead status, follow-ups, meeting notes)
  • Work consistently toward achieving:
  • Weekly Target: 5–10 qualified meetings
  • Monthly Target: 5 closures (incentive eligibility threshold)
  • Expected Closures: 5–12 per month

Market Intelligence & Reporting

  • Prepare weekly performance reports
  • Track competitor offerings and client trends
  • Provide insights to the sales manager for strategy refinement
