Job description:
We are looking for a motivated Inside Sales Intern who can help drive our business growth. Your role is to identify potential customers, connect with them through calls, emails, and online platforms, present our products/services, and convert leads into sales. If you are confident, have good communication skills, and can build strong customer relationships, we would love to connect with you. Your contribution will directly support our sales targets and overall company growth.
Responsibilities :
Research the market to identify potential customers and understand their requirements.
Proactively generate new sales leads through cold calling, email outreach, and social media platforms.
Schedule virtual/telephonic meetings with potential clients to understand their needs and address queries.
Present and explain our products/services effectively through calls, emails, or online meetings.
Maintain regular sales reports, performance updates, and lead status.
Ensure timely follow-ups with prospects to convert them into customers.
Build and maintain strong long-term customer relationships to enhance retention.
Handle customer concerns or objections professionally and provide effective solutions.
Collaborate with the sales and marketing team to achieve better results.
Collect customer feedback and share insights with the internal team for improvement.

₹15, ₹18,000.00 per month
After Probation Full Time: CTC Range: 4 LPA to 6 LPA
