About the Role :

We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow Architect to join our team in Mohali. As a key member of our technology division, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and integrating ServiceNow solutions while ensuring alignment with business objectives. You will collaborate with Solution Architects, Technical Leads, and project stakeholders to deliver scalable and efficient solutions.

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead the architectural design and implementation of ServiceNow solutions to meet business and technical requirements.

- Oversee software development, integration, and configuration of ServiceNow modules and applications.

- Collaborate closely with Solution Architects, Technical Leads, and project managers to ensure successful project delivery.

- Establish and enforce best practices, standards, and guidelines for ServiceNow development and deployment.

- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to development teams, ensuring high-quality deliverables.

- Conduct impact analysis, risk assessment, and performance optimization of ServiceNow applications.

- Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and ServiceNow capabilities to recommend innovative solutions.

Qualifications & Skills :

- Proven experience as a ServiceNow Architect or in a similar architecture role.

- Strong expertise in architecture and architectural design for enterprise-level solutions.

- Proficiency in software development and system integration.

- Solid understanding of project management principles.

- Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.

- Collaborative mindset and ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.

- ServiceNow certifications (e.g., Certified Implementation Specialist, Certified Application Developer, or Certified Technical Architect) are preferred.

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
