Job Overview:

As the Media Sales Executive at Peppermint Communications, you will play a pivotal role in driving the growth and development of our events and publishing business. You will be responsible for identifying and acquiring new clients, maintaining relationships with existing clients, and enhancing the visibility and reach of Inner Secrets magazine and INTIMASIA trade show. Location: Bhiwandi, Kalyan (Mumbai)

Experience: 1 to 5 Years

Package: 1.5 to 5 Lacs Per Annum + Incentives

Work Timings: 10 AM to 7 PM (Monday to Saturday)

Responsibilities:

Business Development:

  • Identify and prospect new clients for advertising, sponsorships, and partnerships for Inner Secrets magazine and INTIMASIA trade show.
  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to drive revenue growth and achieve sales targets.

Client Servicing:

  • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, serving as their main point of contact and ensuring their satisfaction with our services.
  • Understand clients' objectives and challenges and propose customized solutions to meet their needs.

Event Coordination:

  • Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to ensure the successful execution of INTIMASIA trade show, including booth setup, attendee registration, and on-site logistics.

Reporting:

  • Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts, tracking progress against sales targets and identifying areas for improvement or optimization.

Key Skills & Qualifications:

  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in business development, sales, or client servicing, preferably in media, events, or exhibitions within the fashion and textile industry.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage high-profile clients and stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in developing and executing business development strategies.
  • Ability to multitask, manage client relationships, and work under tight deadlines.
  • Strong analytical and negotiation skills.
  • Willingness to travel within your designated region (Mumbai, Delhi, Bangalore, or Kolkata) to meet clients and attend events.
