**Position Summary**

Revenue generation via Marketing activities and Sale of Venue

**Position Details**
- Manage SOH
- Coordinate with retailers for SOH and other in-mall activities
- Help in explore new ideas and agencies for revenue generation - Maintain term-sheets with retailers for SOH sites
- Coordinate all the finances generated from tenants and formalities furnished against them.
- Retailer participation in events and close co-ordination with tenant relations.
- Prepare monthly income reports.
- Develop new client base to increase business revenue with a growth plan to service current accounts.
- Acquire new clientele and develop new business from existing clients.
- Strategize and define the commercials for property.
- Advise new creative ideas of branding, planning to acquire a structured commercial transaction to achieve maximum mileage to the brand.
- Supervise and execute marketing operations.
- Acquire sponsorship for the mall.

**Additional Skills**
- Fluent Communication Skills.
- Value articulation in sales.
- Proficient in MS Office.
- Well-coordinated synergetic team player.

Qualification Graduation Basic, MBA Marketing preferable

3 5 years Mall, Space to Hire agencies

Should have 3 - 4yrs experience in Mall Space to Hire experience
