Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Assistant Manager – MICE & Curated Events Sales, based in Gurugram. The role involves driving sales for MICE (Meetings, Incentives, Conferences, and Exhibitions) and curated events. The Assistant Manager will be responsible for planning and executing sales strategies, engaging with clients to understand requirements, creating proposals, negotiating contracts, and closing deals. The position also requires managing client relationships, collaborating with internal teams for flawless event delivery, and continuously seeking new business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead sales efforts for MICE and curated events.
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
  • Engage with clients, understand requirements, and create tailored proposals.
  • Manage client relationships to ensure long-term partnerships.
  • Negotiate contracts and close sales deals.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of events.
  • Explore and pursue new business opportunities to expand market reach.

Qualifications & Skills

  • 2+ years of experience in MICE sales, curated events, or related fields.
  • Strong skills in Sales, Business Development, and Client Relationship Management.
  • Experience in Event Planning, Event Management, and Logistics Coordination.
  • Proficiency in Marketing, Proposal Writing, and Contract Negotiation.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and networking abilities.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Hospitality, Business, or related field.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹500, ₹1,000,000.00 per year
