Key Responsibilities:
Business Planning with Brand & Portal: 
• Collaboration with vendors and customers for effective business planning. 
• Monitoring and alignment of marketing activities such as deals of the day (DOTDs), limited deals (LDs), events, and direct mail (DM) campaigns. 
• Optimization of Losung360 account health. 
• Development of seasonal and category-level strategies in coordination with the brand and portal. 
• Monitoring and comparing target versus actual achievements for both the brand and the portal.
Operation Hygiene: 
• Implementation of fulfillment and standard operating procedures (SOPs) according to portal and vendor guidelines. 
• Planning inventory, including sellout, space allocation, and procurement. 
• Benchmarking prices and analyze competitors. 
• Coordinating SOP implementation and new developments. 
• Monitoring sales, returns, and damage ratios.
Finance Health: 
• Monitoring payments and assisting the finance team. 
• Reconciliation of profit and loss statements. 
• Reporting on the cost of goods sold (COGS), media plans, and vendor/customer service charges.
Coordination with Brand and Clients: 
• Planning and executing strategies at the brand and category levels. 
• Enhancing processes for better efficiency. 
• Coordinating business plans and execution with the brand. 
• Ensuring listing and catalog hygiene. 
• Monitoring product health at the SKU level.
Team Management & Progress Monitoring: 
• Assigning and monitoring daily tasks and recognition and rewards (R&R). 
• Generating and analyzing management information system (MIS) reports.
Qualifications:

• Experienced in portal operations (3-4 years), specializing in Amazon and Flipkart, demonstrating deep e-commerce understanding. 
• MBA or similar management degree from a reputed University. 
• Proficient in data analysis using Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets to drive informed decisions. 
• Effective team manager, skilled in task assignment and progress monitoring, with essential leadership qualities. 
• Exceptional communicator, ensuring smooth collaboration with teams, vendors, and customers.
