Job Summary:

We are seeking a charming and effective Parent Counselor with excellent communication skills in Hindi, English, and Kannada to guide parents through the school admission process and provide insights into our curriculum design. The ideal candidate will be able to build rapport with parents, explain our academic programs, and support them in making informed decisions about their child's education.

Key Roles and Responsibilities:- Guide parents through the school admission process, addressing queries and providing necessary support

  • Explain the school's curriculum design, academic programs, and teaching methodologies to parents

  • Communicate effectively with parents in Hindi, English, and Kannada to ensure clarity and comfort

  • Build positive relationships with parents, showcasing empathy and understanding

  • Conduct counseling sessions and information sessions for parents on admission and academic aspects

  • Provide information on school policies, facilities, and co-curricular activities

  • Support parents in understanding how the school's approach benefits their child's development

  • Collaborate with school staff to ensure smooth communication and admission processes

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree (Degree) in a relevant field like Education, Counseling, Psychology, or related area

  • Good communication skills in Hindi, English, and Kannada

  • Pleasant and approachable personality with strong interpersonal skills

  • Ability to explain complex concepts like curriculum design in a simple, understandable manner

  • Experience in counseling or admissions (preferred but not mandatory)

Required Skills:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • Fluency in Hindi, English, and Kannada

  • Pleasant appearance and demeanor

  • Ability to handle queries and provide guidance professionally
