Requirements

  • Degree or experience in Accounting/Finance; NetSuite Functional Analyst certification preferred.
  • 3+ years hands-on experience with NetSuite ERP modules (Financials, Inventory, Sales, CRM).
  • Strong in system configuration, workflows, SuiteBuilder/SuiteFlow, and business process mapping.
  • Knowledge of Multi-Book Accounting, Tax setups (Avalara), and financial reporting.
  • Familiar with integrations (Celigo, Shopify, Amazon, 3PL, banking).
  • Proficient in Saved Searches, KPIs, dashboards, and data management.
  • Excellent analytical, documentation, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

  • Configure, customize, and optimize NetSuite ERP modules and workflows.
  • Align business processes (P2P, O2C, R2R) with system capabilities.
  • Support Finance & Accounting operations and monthly close activities.
  • Oversee integrations, troubleshoot data issues, and maintain sync accuracy.
  • Build reports and dashboards for finance, ops, and leadership.
  • Conduct UAT, user training, and maintain SOPs.
  • Ensure governance, role security, and audit readiness.
  • Lead or support system enhancements and version upgrades.
