Skills Set

  • Lead the end-to-end technical implementation and customization of NetSuite ERP.
  • Develop, test, and deploy SuiteScripts (1.0, 2.0, 2.1) for automations and custom business processes.
  • Manage and mentor a team of NetSuite developers; review code and ensure best practices.
  • Design and develop custom workflows, SuiteTalk (Web Services), RESTlet integrations, and user interfaces.
  • Collaborate with business analysts and functional consultants to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
  • Oversee system integration with third-party applications using APIs and middleware.
  • Implement custom reports, dashboards, and saved searches for business intelligence.
  • Conduct system performance analysis, troubleshoot issues, and recommend optimizations.
  • Ensure proper version control, deployment management, and documentation of technical work.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest NetSuite releases, features, and industry best practices.

Job Responsibility

  • Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
  • 5+ years of hands-on experience in NetSuite development and customization.
  • Strong expertise in SuiteScript (1.0/2.x), SuiteFlow, and SuiteBuilder .
  • Experience with SuiteTalk (SOAP & REST Web Services) and third-party API integrations.
  • Proficiency in JavaScript , HTML , and **JSON/XML .
  • Solid understanding of NetSuite data model, records, and workflows .
  • Knowledge of NetSuite Admin and Configuration is a plus.
  • Experience leading a small to mid-sized technical team.
