Job Description:

We are hiring a Business Development Executive with a proven track record in BPO sales and online lead generation through platforms like LinkedIn and Upwork. The ideal candidate should be proactive, self-driven, and skilled in identifying and closing new business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Generate leads and convert opportunities through LinkedIn, Upwork, and other B2B platforms

  • Pitch BPO and outsourcing services to international clients

  • Create and maintain client relationships

  • Meet monthly sales targets and KPIs

  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure project delivery

  • Prepare proposals and negotiate contracts

Requirements:

  • 1–3 years of experience in BDE / BDM role, preferably in BPO sales

  • Strong experience in lead generation using LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Upwork, and email campaigns

  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills (English fluency required)

  • Graduate in any stream

  • Tech-savvy and result-oriented

  • Immediate joiners preferred
