Job Description:
We are hiring a Business Development Executive with a proven track record in BPO sales and online lead generation through platforms like LinkedIn and Upwork. The ideal candidate should be proactive, self-driven, and skilled in identifying and closing new business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:
Generate leads and convert opportunities through LinkedIn, Upwork, and other B2B platforms
Pitch BPO and outsourcing services to international clients
Create and maintain client relationships
Meet monthly sales targets and KPIs
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure project delivery
Prepare proposals and negotiate contracts

Requirements:
1–3 years of experience in BDE / BDM role, preferably in BPO sales
Strong experience in lead generation using LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Upwork, and email campaigns
Excellent communication and negotiation skills (English fluency required)
Graduate in any stream
Tech-savvy and result-oriented
Immediate joiners preferred
