We are expanding our presence across Visakhapatnam and seeking dynamic sales professionals to join our growing team.

Position Overview:

The Sales Manager will be responsible for identifying, approaching, and securing new business opportunities for setting up vending machines across corporate offices, IT parks, schools, colleges, hospitals, and other institutions within Visakhapatnam. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in B2B sales, particularly in industries that involve regular engagement with HR, Admin, and Facility Management teams.

Key Responsibilities:

Identify and qualify potential business leads across target segments (corporate, educational, and healthcare institutions).

Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve vending machine placement targets.

Approach decision-makers (HR/Admin/Procurement Heads) and present customized vending solutions.

Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships through regular follow-ups and account management.

Prepare and deliver persuasive presentations, proposals, and commercial offers.

Collaborate with operations and technical teams to ensure smooth installation and service delivery.

Gather market intelligence and feedback to support strategic sales planning.

Represent the company at industry events, exhibitions, and networking meets.

Qualifications & Skills Required:

MBA (Marketing or Sales specialization preferred).

2–5 years of experience in B2B Sales in sectors like vending solutions, SaaS/software sales, facility management services, or HR/Admin-targeted industries.

Strong business communication and negotiation skills.

Ability to identify decision-makers and develop consultative sales relationships.

Fluency in English and Telugu is mandatory.

Self-driven, target-oriented, and capable of working independently.

Good understanding of the Visakhapatnam business ecosystem is an added advantage
