About the RoleWe are looking for a Brand Management to join our real estate team and drive the overall brand positioning, visibility, and communication strategy. The ideal candidate will act as a bridge between the internal team and external marketing agencies — ensuring brand consistency, effective messaging, and data-driven decision-making across all campaigns.

  • Key ResponsibilitiesManage and coordinate with marketing and digital agencies for campaign execution and performance tracking.
  • Evaluate existing brand communication and positioning; identify areas for improvement and implement corrective strategies.
  • Track and analyze key brand and marketing data points (lead flow, campaign ROI, engagement metrics, etc.) to guide decisions.
  • Ensure all brand touchpoints — online and offline — align with the brand's identity and core values.
  • Collaborate with sales and customer experience teams to strengthen brand perception across customer journeys.
  • Conduct periodic brand audits and competitor benchmarking to maintain market relevance.
  • Support marketing content development, event branding, and collateral design review.
  • RequirementsBachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Branding, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in brand management or marketing
  • Strong understanding of brand positioning, storytelling, and visual communication.
  • Experience managing creative and performance marketing agencies.
  • Excellent analytical skills to interpret campaign data and recommend improvements.
  • Strong communication and project management skills.
  • Preferred SkillsFamiliarity with CRM, campaign management tools, and digital performance dashboards.
  • Experience in launching or repositioning real estate projects.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, on-site environment with multiple stakeholders.
