We are the leading Marketer & Distributor of Speciality Chemicals in India. We are looking for candidates interested in Receptionist/Front Office Administrator position.
Responsibilities and Duties
Managing Front Desk including visitors, calls and deliveries
Secretary to Directors managing appointment, calendar, and meetings
Managing Office Maintenance Crew and office supplies Management
Other Functions will be assigned based on experience and interest
Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications
Well-versed in Conversational and Written English Language skills.
Courteous People Skills, Timeliness & Communication are key required skills.
Experience in corporate office.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹25, ₹40,000.00 per month
