Responsibilities

As a Cloud Developer you will be responsible for designing developing and implementing cloud-based solutions that align with our business objectives. You will work in a hybrid model collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance our asset management capabilities. Your expertise in Service Now and software skills will be crucial in optimizing our processes. This role requires rotational shifts and offers an opportunity to contribute to the property and casualty insurance domain.

Develop and implement cloud-based solutions to enhance asset management capabilities.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of cloud services.
  • Utilize Service Now expertise to streamline and automate IT service management processes.
  • Optimize software solutions to improve efficiency and performance in cloud environments.
  • Conduct thorough testing and validation of cloud applications to ensure reliability and security.
  • Provide technical support and troubleshooting for cloud-based systems and applications.
  • Monitor and analyze system performance to identify areas for improvement and optimization.
  • Stay updated with the latest cloud technologies and industry trends to drive innovation.
  • Document technical specifications and project requirements for cloud development initiatives.
