Responsibilities

Be responsible for planning and organizing induction, onboarding process, payroll & benefits administration.

Coordinate with recruiters, new hires, and incumbent stakeholders to plan and execute smooth pre-boarding

processes. Coordinate with multiple stakeholders to ensure seamless orientation of new joiners.

Work with new joiners to guide them with the onboarding process, keep a track of their progress, ensure their data and information is updated.

Reviewing, planning, and administering employment benefits (leaves, insurance) schemes to ensure market compatibility.

Ensuring all statutory records are kept up to date and correct.

Maintain HR systems, ensuring accurate and timely processing of payroll and other employee information.

Manage employee records in the HR systems and other PD related trackers/ MIS.

Demonstrates a high level of accuracy and attention to detail. Able to define and organize tasks, responsibilities, and priorities.

Requirements

Over 8 years of experience in handling HR Operations, with special focus on onboarding activities including Induction and Orientation.

High level of discretion ability to deal with highly confidential information appropriately

Knowledge/exposure to International HR Operations is preferred.

Strong interpersonal, communications (written and verbal) and problem-solving skills

Ability to work both independently and as an integral member of various teams along with leading teams

Self-starter with strong organization skills - ability to meet deadlines, prioritize assignments, and juggle multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.

Comprehensive knowledge of computer software applications such as Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint; experience with SharePoint and HRIS/Workday preferred

Good knowledge of HR processes and statutory laws

Hands-on experience with Human Resources Information Systems

Excellent communication, coordination and time management skills
