Business Development Associate

Key Responsibilities:
- Identify new business opportunities and generate leads through calls, networking, and online platforms.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and provide suitable solutions.
- Conduct meetings, presentations, and follow-ups with potential clients.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Maintain records of sales activities, inquiries, and client interactions.
- Collaborate with the internal team to ensure smooth onboarding of new clients.
- Stay updated with market trends, competitors, and industry requirements.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in any field (MBA preferred).
- Proven experience in sales or business development (0–3 yrs as per requirement).
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet targets.
- Good knowledge of MS Office and CRM tools (if applicable).
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹10, ₹30,000.00 per month
