Business Development Intern – Job Description

We are looking for a motivated and energetic Business Development Intern to join our team. The ideal candidate is someone who is eager to learn, understands basic sales/marketing concepts, and is excited about growing in the business development field.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist the BD team in identifying potential clients and new business opportunities
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis
  • Support in preparing proposals, presentations, and pitch materials
  • Help in maintaining CRM data and follow-ups with leads
  • Coordinate with marketing and sales teams for campaign execution
  • Participate in client calls, meetings, and strategy discussions
  • Contribute ideas to improve lead generation and overall business growth

Requirements

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Basic understanding of sales, marketing, or business development
  • Ability to work independently and in a team
  • Good organisational skills and attention to detail
  • Proficiency in MS Office / Google Workspace
  • Eagerness to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment
