Mocaup Global Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Business Development Associate intern to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for nurturing relationships with existing clients while also identifying and engaging with new potential clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Client Relationship Management:

Maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring their needs are met and providing ongoing support.

  • New Client Outreach:

Identify and reach out to potential clients via phone, email, or in-person meetings.

  • Lead Conversion:

Schedule and coordinate meetings between new clients and the sales or management team.

  • Follow-up & Communication:

Maintain follow-up with prospective clients, provide relevant information, and ensure a smooth onboarding process.

  • Reporting:

Maintain accurate records of client communications, scheduled meetings, and lead status in CRM systems or internal tools.

  • Collaboration:

Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to align strategies and improve client acquisition and retention.

Requirements:

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Self-motivated and goal-oriented
  • Ability to manage time effectively and multitask
  • Prior experience in business development, client handling, or sales (preferred but not mandatory)
  • Basic knowledge of CRM tools is a plus

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹10, ₹15,000.00 per month
