We are looking for an experienced and dynamic
Store Manager
to lead our store operation. l candidate is hands-on, organized, and passionate about delivering exceptional retail experiences.
Key Responsibilities
:
- Manage receipt, storage, and issuance of raw materials, consumables, and cleaning supplies
- Maintain accurate inventory records and conduct regular stock audits
- Ensure FIFO and hygiene standards in the store
- Coordinate with kitchen and purchase teams for daily requirements
- Maintain GRNs, stock registers, and documentation as per audit requirements
Requirements
:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role (preferably in food service/catering)
- Strong knowledge of food safety and storage standards
- Proficient in MS Excel and store management software
- Ability to handle fast-paced operations and coordinate with multiple departments
