Roles and Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end employee life cycle processes, including induction, onboarding, exit interviews, background verifications, joining formalities, orientation, and exit processes.
  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless execution of HR operations.
  • Conduct thorough background verifications of new joiners and generate timely reports.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures related to employee data management.
  • Maintain accurate records of all HR transactions and updates such as employee transfers, deputation, project mapping, etc.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • 4-7 years of experience in HR Operations or a similar field.
  • Strong understanding of BGV (Background Verification) process and its implementation.
  • Excellent communication skills with ability to coordinate with multiple stakeholders simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications (Word, Excel) with knowledge of HRIS systems an added advantage.
