Key Responsibilities

Sales MIS Responsibilities

  • Prepare and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly Sales MIS reports
  • Track sales performance, targets vs achievements, and productivity reports
  • Maintain data related to leads, conversions, revenue, and incentives
  • Share periodic dashboards with sales managers and leadership
  • Ensure accuracy and timely submission of sales data

HR MIS Responsibilities

  • Maintain HR databases related to headcount, attendance, attrition, and hiring
  • Prepare MIS reports on joining, exits, manpower, and compliance
  • Track recruitment data: sourcing, interviews, selection, joining status
  • Support payroll inputs like attendance, leaves, and employee master data
  • Ensure data confidentiality and compliance with company policies

Coordination & Support

  • Coordinate with Sales, HR, Finance, and Operations teams
  • Respond to data requests from management and stakeholders
  • Identify gaps in data and suggest process improvements
  • Maintain trackers and documentation in a structured manner

Educational Qualification

  • Graduate in Commerce / Business Administration / Management or related field

Preferred Profile

  • Experience in Sales MIS or HR MIS
  • Exposure to large data handling and reporting
  • Experience in corporate, BFSI, or service industry preferred
