Job Summary
We are seeking an ambitious and results-driven Business Development Executive with 2 years of experience in sales, client acquisition, and market expansion. The ideal candidate will play a key role in identifying new business opportunities, building client relationships, and contributing to the company's growth strategy.
Key ResponsibilitiesBusiness Development & Sales
- Identify, qualify, and pursue new business opportunities through research, networking, and outreach
- Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to closing deals
- Conduct client meetings, presentations, and product/service demonstrations
- Prepare proposals, quotations, and business agreements
- Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly revenue targets
Client Relationship Management
- Maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business
- Understand client requirements and propose suitable solutions
- Handle client queries and coordinate with internal teams for smooth delivery
- Build long-term strategic partnerships to generate continuous business
Market Research & Strategy
- Conduct competitive analysis and market research to identify trends
- Provide insights and recommendations to support strategic planning
- Assist in creating sales strategies, pricing models, and promotional plans
Collaboration & Reporting
- Work with marketing teams on campaigns and lead-generation activities
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams (operations, product, finance) to support business goals
- Prepare weekly/monthly sales reports and maintain CRM records
Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
- 2 years of experience in Business Development, Sales, or Client Acquisition
- Willing to travel 100%
- Strong negotiation, presentation, and communication skills
- Proven ability to meet sales targets and build client relationships
- Knowledge of CRM tools and MS Office Suite
- Ability to work independently and in a team
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
