Job Summary

We are seeking an ambitious and results-driven Business Development Executive with 2 years of experience in sales, client acquisition, and market expansion. The ideal candidate will play a key role in identifying new business opportunities, building client relationships, and contributing to the company's growth strategy.

Key ResponsibilitiesBusiness Development & Sales

  • Identify, qualify, and pursue new business opportunities through research, networking, and outreach
  • Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to closing deals
  • Conduct client meetings, presentations, and product/service demonstrations
  • Prepare proposals, quotations, and business agreements
  • Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly revenue targets

Client Relationship Management

  • Maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business
  • Understand client requirements and propose suitable solutions
  • Handle client queries and coordinate with internal teams for smooth delivery
  • Build long-term strategic partnerships to generate continuous business

Market Research & Strategy

  • Conduct competitive analysis and market research to identify trends
  • Provide insights and recommendations to support strategic planning
  • Assist in creating sales strategies, pricing models, and promotional plans

Collaboration & Reporting

  • Work with marketing teams on campaigns and lead-generation activities
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams (operations, product, finance) to support business goals
  • Prepare weekly/monthly sales reports and maintain CRM records

Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
  • 2 years of experience in Business Development, Sales, or Client Acquisition
  • Willing to travel 100%
  • Strong negotiation, presentation, and communication skills
  • Proven ability to meet sales targets and build client relationships
  • Knowledge of CRM tools and MS Office Suite
  • Ability to work independently and in a team
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
