We are looking for a female Sales Executive to handle inbound travel leads — converting customer inquiries into confirmed bookings. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a friendly personality, and the ability to build trust with clients while promoting our travel packages and services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound calls, WhatsApp inquiries, and emails from potential clients.
  • Understand customer needs and suggest suitable travel packages.
  • Convert leads into confirmed bookings and achieve monthly sales targets.
  • Maintain relationships with clients and ensure a positive customer experience.
  • Keep records of interactions and follow-ups in CRM.
  • Coordinate with the operations and marketing team to ensure smooth execution of bookings.

Requirements:

  • Female candidate preferred (due to role requirements and team balance).
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Confident, persuasive, and customer-focused approach.
  • Prior experience in sales, customer service, or travel industry preferred.
  • Basic computer knowledge (Excel, WhatsApp Business, email communication).
  • Freshers with good communication skills are welcome
