- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Customer service orientation.
- Introducing the company to the customers over video call.
- Presenting data as per the script to customers over video call.
- Need very efficient explaining skills.
- To identify potential customers, create new business opportunities.
- Post sales mail communication to clients.
- Order and Payment follow up.
- Generate New Enquiries & sending introduction letters, Quotation to Clients.
- Maintain Inward & Outward Record.
- Co-ordinate with Logistics team for dispatch.
- To ensure best after sales support to customers.
- Able to maintain a high level of integrity in handling confidential information.
