Human Resources Executive
, you'll be the heartbeat of our people operations. Your role will go beyond managing policies and processes – you'll shape the

What You'll Do

  • Be the driving force behind recruitment – finding the right talent for the right roles.
  • Develop and implement HR policies that align with our growth vision.
  • Build strong employee relations and resolve challenges with empathy and clarity.
  • Oversee HR operations, maintain employee records, and ensure smooth compliance.
  • Conduct performance reviews and help our team reach their highest potential.

What We're Looking For

  • Solid HR management and operations know-how.
  • Experience in creating and implementing effective HR policies.
  • A knack for 
    building positive relationships
     and solving conflicts.
  • Organizational excellence with stellar communication skills.
  • Self-driven yet a great team player.
  • Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Prior HR experience? That's a big plus
